Information Provided by Diners: Contact Information: First and last name, phone number, delivery address, and email address. Order Information: Order history, dietary preferences (if provided), and delivery instructions. Communication Data: Transcripts of interactions with our AI ordering agents via WhatsApp, SMS, social media, or web chat. B. Information Provided by Merchants: Business name, contact details, store locations, and POS integration credentials. Menu items, pricing, and business operating data. C. Information We DO NOT Collect: Financial Data: We do not collect, store, or process full credit card numbers or bank account details. All payment processing is handled securely by third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, Square, Toast). D. Automated Information Collection: Device and Usage Data: IP addresses, browser types, operating systems, and interaction metrics with our website and ordering platform. Cookies and Tracking: We may use cookies to maintain session states, remember Diner preferences, and analyze platform traffic.

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our Services. Specifically, we use it to: Process and fulfill food orders between Diners and Merchants. Facilitate automated communication via our AI agents (e.g., order confirmations, delivery tracking via WhatsApp or SMS). Enable Merchants to send targeted marketing, promotional offers, and loyalty rewards to their Diners. Analyze ordering trends to provide "AI Growth Insights" to Merchants. Monitor and prevent fraudulent activity or security breaches.

We do not sell your personal data to data brokers. We only share information under the following circumstances: With the Specific Merchant: When a Diner places an order, their contact and order information is shared directly with that specific Merchant to fulfill the order and for the Merchant's own marketing purposes. With Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our platform (e.g., cloud hosting, SMS/WhatsApp delivery services, delivery driver networks). For Legal Reasons: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, or in response to a valid request from law enforcement or government authorities. Business Transfers: If Boostorder.ai is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction.

By using our Services to place an order via SMS or WhatsApp, Diners consent to receive transactional messages (e.g., order updates) and marketing messages from Boostorder.ai on behalf of the Merchant. Opting Out: Diners can opt out of receiving promotional text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any automated message. Standard message and data rates may apply.

We implement commercially reasonable security measures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
